FOCUSING

FOCUSING - YOUR LIFE

The three enemies of great leadership are:

1. Fog ... Because even a brand new Ferrari Testarossa can only go about 2 miles an hour safely in a dense fog. With a "foggy" brain you can't begin to realize your natural "horsepower." The quicker you clear your head, the quicker you can be at full throttle mentally!

2. Fatigue ... According to the late great Green Bay Packers coach Vince Lombardi, "Fatigue ... makes cowards of us all." It also turns us introspective/negative. Fatigue warps our objectivity in decision making. Avoid making a critical decision when fatigued.

3. Flirtations ... When you are in a "fog"- or become fatigued - you are tempted to flirt with a wide variety of ideas with which you should not be flirting.
